McClendon was booked and processed into the Morgan City Jail, where he now awaits court proceedings. The juvenile male was processed and released to a guardian pending juvenile proceedings. Warrants were obtained for McClendon's arrest in the June burglary investigation and the additional charges linked to the second burglary investigation. McClendon and the juvenile male were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for processing. McClendon said he was the sole individual who burglarized the business in June, police said. Other evidence linked McClendon to the Saturday burglary.Īccording to reports, investigators questioned McClendon, who admitted to both burglaries that had occurred at both local businesses.
